We are considering the apartment above the garage bonus area. The square footage is 1200.
The Basement square footage is 5136.
The construction documents also include a third floor which is nothing more than attic space. The square footage is 2258. After figuring the slope of the roof we found out that only 800 Sq. Ft is actual living space.
