Additional Notes:
The living room has a sloped ceiling. For a width equal to the two front windows it is 8', then slopes down to the right and left side walls to a height of 4'-6".
The front of the washer / dryer / hwt wall is 8' sloping down to 4'-6" at the back of this closet.
The bedroom also has a sloped ceiling. 8' high for a width of the front dormer. From the washer / dryer closet front wall it slopes down to 4'-6" on both sides of the dormer.
The remainder of the second level is 8' except for the staircase and the rear left corner of the bedroom, which has the equivalent ceiling slope.
The 8' ceiling above the kitchen / bathroom is achieved with a shed dormer, which probably did not show up on the rendering you were viewing.
